Prima Acai uses only freeze dried acai berries. Besides frozen acai, which is very expensive and difficult to import, freeze drying the berries is the best way to maintain their ORAC value. Two capsules of Prima-Acai offer 1000 milligrams of pure acai extract. (A much greater amount than many other products.)

Pros: There were a lot of reports that Prima Acai helped ease the symptoms and pain of arthritis and other joint ailments. We’re not sure why this is but the reports seemed legitimate. The freezed dried acai is a plus. According to most experts, this is the best way to preserve acai during shipping. Majority of reports were positive and showed customer satisfaction.
Cons: There weren’t many reports that Prima Acai helped with weight loss. Also, several reports that the pills led to indigestion and/or nausea. You hear about this occasionally with acai in general, however the reports on this product were a little more common than usual.
